I even deleted it and installed it again, but it stays on free version. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Is it possible that you can take contact with the microsoft that you gave me and explain this issue? I am 72 years old and my english is not thtat good. I use alo microsoft solitaire collection premium and no problem, also Microsoft Mahjong premium and also no problem. Its now about 3 or 4 days that I have those things.
You are a paying customer and should be treated like it. If you keep saying it didn't help it will connect you with an agent. So it may only be able to use the free version server right now.

How long has this been going on? There are periodic server issues with these games as WIndows 10 goes over a billion users and they can't build them fast enough. When I do it says that I already have the premium what is correct. When I play the daly chalenges then on the right down the screen comes a big sqaure that makes it nearly impossible to play correctly.Īnd it show in that square to click to goto premium.
